These are made with our signature meat mixture of tomato sauce, puree, onions, peppers, garlic, boudin mix with our fresh cut ground sirloin, layer of our famous jalapeno cheese mixture. Then laid out flat onto a bed of our hickory smoked bacon and rolled up and cut into medallions. These are great for the air fryer, BBQ Pit or smoker. You can even fry them up in a skillet.
