Mild Flavor for the ones that don't like much spice at all. 

Maple flavor that is a premium brown sugar mix that is a big hit at breakfast time for the ones that like that sweet maple taste.

Southern is our most all around blend in our sausage family.

If you like heat then i recommend our Cajun blend.
