Several flavors to choose from ranging from mild to Cajun flavored. 

Mild is our low end on the heat scale, great to cook with and for the ones that don't like spicy foods.

Southern is my personal recommendation,  This our medium blend of sausage and is great for all sorts of recipes. Great flavor with little bit of heat.

If your looking for something with more heat than i recommend our Cajun smoked sausage. Our sausage is fully smoked but i recommend to heat products up thoroughly before consuming.
